When I am not writing or speaking about the future of food and farming, here is what I do in my kitchen!

Each dish is part of a meal that costs between $1 and $3 per person to make, and takes about only 30 minutes to get ready! And it is so good… leftovers are no problem and nothing goes to the garbage.
